Jiangyin Tongqing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. We specialize in manufacturing ring and shaft forgings. The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, has more than 200 employees including 50 engineers and technicians in forging, heat treatment, IT and testing, and produces over 80,000 tons of forgings annually. We passed the ISO9001 Quality System certification in 2003, the safety registration of steel forging products for pressure vessels in 2006, and the certifications of ABS, BV, GL, RINA, DNV, LR, KR, NK, CCS and other classification societies over the past years, and the special equipment manufacturing license in 2011, and the PED certificate in 2013 and in 2021 we passed the ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification and the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. The company hasΦ1600mm, Φ2500mm and Φ5000mm CNC ring rolling machines. 3150T forging hydraulic press, Φ1500mm~Φ3000mm series reaming machine, 1000T and1250T hydraulic presses, 750kg, 1T and 3T forging hammers and other forging production equipment. As well as heat treatment equipment, machining auxiliary equipment, and inspection and testing equipment.
